Humanitarian aid was provided to the soldiers from Shostka in ATO zone

dopomoga_armiyiWith the help of the volunteer organization “National rear” and the Ukrainian diaspora in Germany the company has purchased necessary uniforms and warm clothes for the Shostka military unit situated in the ATO zone.

150 warm jackets, 150 sets of uniforms, 50 Swiss-made raincoats and underwear were purchased. According to the deputy commander of the military unit colonel Andrey Onikienko the military unit was not able to provide these things for their soldiers, since the existing regulations of the military support did not provid everything that was needed.

– Guided by the principle of “corporate social responsibility”, from the very first days of mobilization campaign we have always tried to help the guys, – says General Director of “PHARMHIM” Viktor Lyashenko. – Our citizenship position is to support those who went to the ATO zone from Shostka and Shostka district. In addition to the purchased uniforms, we send the humanitarian aid to our mobilized employees at the checkpoints: sleeping bags, sleeping-pads, tactical seals, ballistic glasses, unloading vests, bulletproof vests.

Deputy General Director for general affairs Larisa Yakubenko is in constant contact with the command of Shostka and Kharkov military units where the mobilized employees are serving and also with their families.

In addition to the centralized allocation of funds for charity, the team has twice organized a fundraiser for the military needs. In September, by the initiative of construction unit of the enterprise the workers donated their one-day salary to replenish the fund helping the mobilized employees.

The representative of volunteer organization “National rear” Vadim Bondarenko said that thanks to the volunteers our soldiers in ATO zone are almost 100% equipped with uniforms and thermal underwear and 80% with warm clothes. They also regularly deliver protective equipment and night vision devices.
