The main resource of the company is the personnel

Commercial director of “PHARMHIM” Yulia Khokhlova became a participant of the program «Fit for partnership with Germany», which is an element of foreign economic policy of Germany. By training the Ukrainian managers Germany promotes the Ukrainian enterprises entering the international markets and increases the competitiveness of Ukrainian producers and personnel qualifications.

The training program included seminars and workshops on such topics as company presentation, the basics of leadership, intercultural management, market research, logistics, business planning and business culture, the basics of German economy, the preparation and implementation of foreign economic contract, personnel management, search for potential foreign partners and negotiations.

Training included the establishment of contacts with German companies, learning of the equipment, materials and technologies, the search for partners. During the internship Yulia Khokhlova visited Insurance Company EULER HERMES DEUTSCHLAND AG and logistics warehouse JUNGHEINRICH, recycling plant in Hamburg, brewery “Radeberger”, “glass manufactory” in Dresden, the company INEOS Paraform GmbH & Co.

Federal Ministry of Economy and Energy in Germany financed the internship. This is the second year that special training for senior and middle managers of enterprises and organizations of Ukraine is being performed.
